  Very nice hotel. Absolutely no ladies are allowed in the rooms. Rooms are fully monitored by cameras and if they see a woman come in your room, they will be banging on the door within minutes. Yes there were working girls but they were understanding of 'no' thank you. One of the two clubs required 100 aed in the evening they of course had no profit from me.

The location of the hotel is great, it is near Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, with taxi it will take 20Dirham. From airport it took 50 dirham to the hotel. I stayed at 7th floor and there was no noise what so ever. The staf - I have stayed at the Chelsea Plaza Hotel in Dubai numerous times and it is my hotel of choice in Dubai. The value for money is terrific and the staff reflect great credit on the Dubai hotel industry. The rooms are clean, respectable, and have good WiFi connects. Staff are very quick to correct any little problems that (rarely) arise. In particular, I love The Champs Bar in the hotel.
