The staff were very helpful in every aspect and were very nice and were very attentive and responsive to all our requests. The hotel was very stylish and very comfortable and breakfast was very nice with a lot of healthy and everyday breakfast selections to suit everyones taste.

(1) The staff are knowledgable and quick to answer any question or request. (2) I love the idea of the little snack shop where you can get salads, sandwiches, and snacks for those times you don't feel like eating at the restaurant or even ordering room service. Or when you don't have time for breakfast, you can grab something from there to eat in the car on the way to your appointments. Excellent location. Right beside the Mall of Emirates and stop for the hop on bus tour. The room was clean and comfortable accomodating our needs. There was construction work being carried out outside the hotel which seems to be happening in most areas around the city, but we were woken quite early. Just something to be aware of. Very nice hotel. Absolutely no ladies are allowed in the rooms. Rooms are fully monitored by cameras and if they see a woman come in your room, they will be banging on the door within minutes. I made use of the gym, it was nice though not fully equipped as things like skipping rope was missing, overall it still served the purpose.

This was an excellent value for money hotel. Felt maybe a little bit B-class, but had everything you would need. Clean, a lot of staff in reception, bar, restaurants, pool... Overall all good!
If/when we get back to Dubai we could stay at this hotel again.
Good location, 10min walk to nearest metro, 10min walk to Bur Juman shopping centre.
Free shuttle to Dubai mall and beach.

Landmark Plaza Hotel was a great hotel to stay in. Located in Old Dubaiit is in a great position to shops and the souks. Good WiFi connection - all in all - great value for money! -
The hotel is about seven miles from the centre of Dubai but do not let this deter you. It is very comfortable, has a good pool and a pleasant bar which serves alcohol. Taxi's are very reasonable and plentiful and there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the main attractions of Dubai. The staff cannot do enough for you. There are tea making facilities in the room and they supply any amount of tea bags,coffee and milk.

The price, room size, bath tube in the bathroom, room finishes, staff was very helpful (front desk little too slow, but all other staff very responsive). People complained in other comments about Disco noise and aircraft noise, but it wasn't issue for me. I could hear the dumb beats from downstairs but it wasn't a problem. Aircrafts were much noisier but they didn't disturb my stay and sleep either.
