everything was great. Had a room on the royal club floor. Got a upgrade to a suite. Very beautiful. The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

It is a new hotel and during the night we could not sleep because there
was a loud noise coming from the airconditioning system. After a
complaint they tried to solve the problem but they could not do anything
about it. The manager of the hotel made his apologies for the noise and
did not charge us for the room, offered us a free breakfast and late check-
out and even had the hotel limousine drop us off at the airport! Many

Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Staffs were friendly and courteous.
The room is big and comfortable also the bathroom is big and it has everything you need. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby.
The outdoor swimming pool and the pool area are so great I am sure if you have your children they will enjoy the pool and the water slides.

The cleanliness was commendable. I liked the fact that they cleaned the
rooms whenever prompted, the staff were courteous and always ready to
help. We requested change in the weighing scale in the bathroom and it
came speedily. It is also more than value for money if one can afford
it. Another hotel also on letsbookhotel.com close by cost same but no where
near as good as Rayhaan. Breakfast was also very good and the view from
