  Äußerst freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Room Service sehr schnell und sehr gutes Essen. Zimmer im Royal Club absolut zu empfehlen. Insgesamt ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen natürlich etwas Fluglärm, aber das weiß man ja und wird außerdem durch die angenehme Athmosphäre des Hotels wettgemacht.   The Jumeirah always does it right, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you feel very well taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, the beds fantastic, the access to their other hotel beaches and Wild Wadi is an added bonus. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

  A lovely, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and good service. The rooms were decently spaced with very comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchenette was equipped with a good 2 hob cooker, electric kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer and 2 mugs and spoons for coffee. The manager of the hotel made his apologies for the noise and did not charge us for the room, offered us a free breakfast and late check- out and even had the hotel limousine drop us off at the airport!
