  The owner, John, is a delightful man. He is great, well travelled and cannot do enough for his guests.Comfortable bed and good value. Retro and fab B & B. - location was good near the beach friendly place to stay

  I booked on line with letsbookhotel.com and payed £29 for a one night stay in a single room, and I must admit after I booked I read some terrible reviews for this Hotel and I was a little apprehensive to say the least, but on the whole it was good. It is true to say there are a lot of corridors and yes the carpets are tired,but there is a lift to ... hva folk sier » all floors.and clear directions to all of the rooms,so in truth it would be hard to get lost. The room I stayed in was clean,and had an en suite with - We both liked the beach front location and all the maze of streets in Weymouth, there are a good selection of reasonable restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel did there best to help with parking as Weymouth is no at all easy to find parking.The hotel is very old clean and a maze of corridor's with small staircases up and down all over the place they do have a lift but you will still have to navigate a few stairs. All in all be had a very pleasant stay great value for money

  staff very friendly and excellent location for beach and town centre. - The host was very friendly and the breakfasts were very good. The sea view was marvellous
