This is one of the best guest house ever. I book this guest house because of the beautiful flower in the picture. Didn't expect a wonderful room inside.
The room is very clean from carpet to the towel and the toilet is in perfect condition.
In this guest house also include full breakfast which I can't forget to mention about it. The breakfast is the best we had in a long time. Make us full until dinner.

Where do I start from the moment we arrived they couldnt do enough for us, we were running late for a family wedding and Martin even dropped us off at the venue to make sure we got there in time then parked our car for us, he even moved it later on that night so that it was right in front of the guest house, this is how to run a b and b, we couldnt thought it and although the room was small it had everything you could need and more, they thought of everything, i can highly recommend this guest

The owners Leslie & Clive made us feel very welcome straight away, our room was lovely and great little touches , was extremely clean, the décor was lovely also. The breakfast was first class, did not need to eat anything until the evening as was too full, the quality of the breakfast was second to none. The hard work that the owners put in was certainly noticeable throughout our stay we will definatly be staying here again and was well worth the long journey from Essex.

Very pleasant stay here, the food is excellent, although the menu was set you could have it anyway you wanted so very helpful and the staff are all very friendly. Good breakfast and extra's e.g. cereals, yoghurts, fruit and offered as much toast as we wanted.

The best thing about Philbeach Hotel was it felt like being at home. The deocr was not dated it was very modern without it being stuffy which is a big bonus when staying at a hotel, you want to feel comfortable and able to relax it did just that. The breakfast is made on request and was very nice, i had two young children with me and they were both accomodated for which is rare. Very satisfied cusomer.

High standards, attention to detail and 'personal' touch. The hotel is extremely well run and both bedrooms and guests' lounge are stylish and comfortable.
