  The meal we had was fantastic! The meatiest, largest lamb shank with delicious gravy, creamy mashed potatoes, carrots and peas. Apple & rhubarb crumble with lashings of custard. MMMMMMMM! The hotel was directly across from the cruise liner we were visiting. We were able to make a free phone call for a taxi to the Art Gallery. Easy checkou... hva folk sier » t and all staff professional but extremely friendly and curteous. The waitress was lovely! - The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Good location, close to the West Quay, Train Station and a Cinema is within 5 minutes walk. Guildhall is 10 -15 minutes walk away. Also have a MacDonalds and tfi Friday's close by. Rooms are basic, clean and ideal for a night or two can't fault.

  The location of the hotel was perfect. Just off the motorway, but set in lovely wooded gardens so therefore not much noise. In fact, no noise, with window closed! Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and something for everyone. Would def recommend this hotel, and would use it again myself. - Pretty good actually, free swimming pool, gym facilities... hva folk sier » and steamroom.I had a very relax weekend in the hotel.
