A good base for a family trip to Southampton for our son's graduation. Roomy kitchen and dining area with plenty of space for family to spread out and relax. Balconies and fans to ventilate the apartment during very hot July weather were a godsend. Close to a good variety of restaurants for celebration meals. -

we made this booking as were working away, this was the first time we had opted to accommodate the guys in a serviced apartment and it worked brilliantly, the apartment was clean well equipped and it meant the guys had the comforts of home whilst working away. have already booked a second weeks stay. -

Helpful, welcoming service.
The room was lovely. Clean, good layout, nicely and thoughtfully designed. Quality amenities, from hair dryer to hot drink selection, this hotel is really quite lux, but not over the top!
The restaurant was also lovely, good food, friendly service.

Extremely comfortable and well-appointed room. Bed and bedding were gorgeous quality. Shower room was top quality. Service attentive and personable. Restaurant was buzzing and relaxed- make sure you book! Parking spot great ( again - book ahead.) I knew when I booked that rooms overlooked Red Funnel ferry dock on busy road. Perfect weekend break. At the outset let me say this is not a luxury
five star hotel. So to avoid any chance of disappointment do not expect

What an amazing hotel!! Me and my husband stayed 2 nights for my birthday and chistmas shopping, free parking and about 15mins away from city centre. The outside of the hotel is beautiful and very well looked after. The pub / dinning is very warm and welcoming with an open fire. There is set meals and I must say very yummy and breakfast. Service was again 100% friendly who will go out their way to help.
The rooms are luxurious, cosy, warm and spacious. We swapped rooms on arrival as we wanted

We really enjoyed our stay at The Elizabeth House Hotel. Our double room was lovely, very clean and tidy and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you, in particular the young lady who checked us in at the front reception desk. We spent one night in order to attend a social event in Southampton. The hotel was great with friendly staff. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant and had breakfast there in the morning. Our evening meal was great value and even though there were a lot of children and very busy it was still comfortable. We were only a short journey from where we were going and it was lovely to return to somewhere quiet and comfortable.
