  The meal we had was fantastic! The meatiest, largest lamb shank with delicious gravy, creamy mashed potatoes, carrots and peas. Apple & rhubarb crumble with lashings of custard. MMMMMMMM! The hotel was directly across from the cruise liner we were visiting. We were able to make a free phone call for a taxi to the Art Gallery. Good location, close to the West Quay, Train Station and a Cinema is within 5 minutes walk. Guildhall is 10 -15 minutes walk away. Also have a MacDonalds and tfi Friday's close by. Rooms are basic, clean and ideal for a night or two can't fault.

  They phoned before we arrived to make sure we knew that the hotel was on the southbound side of the motorway otherwise we would have had to walk through the underpass to the hotel. The size of the room was excellent and was nice and warm when we arrived. - I was greeted by a lovely lady on reception who answered any questions I had.
