  the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing too much trouble...Diane and Natasha were lovely people and treated us almost as if we were friends! the breakfast choices were superb and we felt well looked after.. despite there being 500 rooms we hardly saw anyone in the dining room, although we went down at 7am each day.. Rang hotel and received excellent directions by the very helpful young man on the phone. Breakfast was very nice, fantastic selection of food and very nice waitresses. Brilliant location for central Sheffield. Will use again.

  This must be the flagship hotel in the Premier Inn chain...I Understand it has been open for around four years yet it looked as thought it had opened yesterday. The staff were all amazingly helpfull, nothing was too much trouble for them. This hotel is brilliant and I could not fault anything!! It w - Amazing staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. They were lovely and very helpful. I couldn't stay for breakfast and one particularly lovely man in the restaurant insisted on making me a bacon sandwich to take to the station with me. Wrapped in tinfoil, even had the bread lightly toasted to keep it firm, so thoughtful. He also put a few little muffins in the paper bag in case I wanted something sweet.   I loved the layout of the room, it was not to crowded which meant there was space to read and relax. The en-suite was amazing and I very much enjoyed the shower, even the shower gel dispenser I found quaint and easy to use. The staff themselves did not look down on me because I was a student in fact they were very efficient and charming. I enjoyed... hva folk sier » the fact that you could get a complimentary breakfast, and for the price I paid it was amazing. - The friendly welcoming staff who were only too pleased to help out with a problem we had with the TV at the start of our stay. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also the breakfast was excellent value. We were in Sheffield for the snooker championships and the hotel was a short walk to the city centre and the venue.
