It is superbly placed for City Centre attractions including the 02 Acadamy (300metres).Friendly Staff. Good selection at breakfast. Eat in the restaurant or order any meal and eat in your room.

We stayed two nights for a family funeral and hills a buffet reception for family and friends. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

Excellent little traditional Inn, with ultra-friendly staff with eight real Ales on tap, four of which are brewed in the micro-brewery downstairs. The staff were really helpful at all times, and on one occasion when I had a problem (completely unrelated to the hotel) they went out of their way to help me sort it out. the ease of how we booked and felt safe to just turn up and get a service which we trusted.
when we arrived we felt @ home in our stay.
it was a short vacation in between properties of buying a new dream home.
we will now have long memory's from our stay.

The staff were absolutely great - so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed due to my partners birthday and were quite hungover when we arrived so went straight off to the pool which was lovely - really relaxing. Excellent service by the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is the city centre so an excellent location. There was a problem with the heater in my room but within a few minute of me having reported it to reception a portable heater was provided.The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. great value for money if bought well in advance reasonable position to entertainment centre, its basic + hotel very clean , staff friendly, my room was over a major road , but never heard traffic , breakfast @ 4.95 was continental style but eat as much as you like , and special snack deal was good valye sandwich snack dink & fruit @3.95.
