From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by judy,on arrival we were made a pot of tea with biscuits which was appreciated after our 3 hour train journey from Lancashire,the rooms were absolutely spotless and so clean,couldn't fault anything,the breakfast was lovely too,fresh fruit,cereals,full English breakfast,freshly percolated coffee,me and my mum had gone for a 3 night stay,as we used to live in north yprks moors when I was little,it was lovely to visit pickering,and Whi

Breakfast was very good, and service was perfect. Location was five minutes walk from the beach and a twenty minute stroll from town. Room (superior) was lovely, cosy but spacious and with a nice view of the castle. The owners were helpful and friendly. Overall a nice place to stay.

The family remembered us from last years stay which was nice. - Very friendly staff. Convenience of a car park and licenced bar.

We had a lovely sea view room, bed was really comfy. Good sized ensuite bathroom. The room was nicely decorated and felt modern. Breakfast was good its nice to have a non greasy full English. Ian and Virginia were really nice and talked to us about what we were going to do in scarborough.
