This was are first time at the sunningdale' but I can tell you it
wont be the last. From the minute we walked in we were made to feel
welcome by judy and mike' we were made a cup of coffee on arrival
something we've never had before at any other place we've
stayed' then after having a good old chinwag with judy and mike we
were taken to are double room. On entering you could tell this couple
had put alot of hard work and effort in to making peoples stay at there

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by judy,on arrival we were made a pot of tea with biscuits which was appreciated after our 3 hour train journey from Lancashire,the rooms were absolutely spotless and so clean,couldn't fault anything,the breakfast was lovely too,fresh fruit,cereals,full English breakfast,freshly percolated coffee,me and my mum had gone for a 3 night stay,as we used to live in north yprks moors when I was little,it was lovely to visit pickering,and Whi.
Both myself, my mother and my 4 month baby all stayed at the Sunningdale at the end of May 2013, Judy and David where both very welcoming and a friendly couple. The guest house is very spacious, extremely clean. Upon arrival David helped unpack our luggage from our car, we where then provided with tea and biscuits which was lovely, we then had a welcome meeting where we also choose our delicious breakfast from a continental choice. The hotel is very close to north beach and a beautiful park acr.

Room very quiet, bed linen and towels were all laundered by the owners and smelt lovely and fresh.
Very comfortable beds, Tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits in the room ,and also flat screen TV. Tea and cakes on arrival from the friendly owners. Breakfast excellent and freshly cooked each morning.
We have stayed in several B&Bs in Scarborough at similar prices and this is by far the best.
We will definitely
stay there on our next visit.
The rooms were decorated and furnished to a high specification with quality furniture, quality bed linen and complimentary refreshments. The rooms were immaculate. The attention to customer needs was well thought out and the owners made every effort to build a personal relationship with the guests. They were extremely friendly and especially warm with our children.
The room was quiet warm and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and we were given a welcoming cup of tea. Breakfast was well cooked and plenty of it, a good variety of cereals and fresh fruit and toast and marmalade too. The owners were very attentive but not too pushy, All in all an excellent place to stay and we would have no hesitation in booking again.
We liked everything about Sunningdale, Nothing was to much trouble and was made to feel special from the moment you walked through the door. Dave and Judy are the perfect hosts, The breakfasts menu are plentiful and varied. The location was spot on and all amenities were on the doorstep. would go again, In fact just looking to book again soon.
Judy and David are exceptional hosts - approachable and friendly at all times. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. We took our grandchildren (aged 6 and 3) for the second year running and we'll be back next year. The breakfast was delicious and accommodated all tastes.
Enjoyed everything about the hotel from the welcome from Judy to David helping us to the car with our luggage.The breakfasts were well cooked and very tasty. Our room was very luxurious and comfortable. Thank you Judy and David very much - hope to visit you again soon xx.
