  I loved everything about my stay at Sylvern House, The owner was so friendly and helpful from start to end. Breakfast was amazing 3 courses and it was so filling and made me and my girlfriend ready for the day ahead! Neither of us had any problem with our room or any other part of the stay. I would very much like to say a great big thank you to Richard and Vicki for running such a beautiful bed and break - Fantastic breakfast which was cooked to order as given a menu sheet to choose options the night before. Informative folder in the room full of useful information about the local area such as directions, things to do and restaurants etc. Well stocked tea tray in room and owners very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

  The grainary is amazing, can't wait to go again, you are in the middle of the countryside and wake up to birds singing and overlooking the animals and fields, a true break from reality, my children aged 14 and 6 could not have been happier, they loved the play room and had some fab long walks around the farm petting the super friendly animals as w... hva folk sier » e went, I could not recommend this place highly enough and the staff always had time for a little chat with the children, also only a short very sceni - The Grainary is a working farm, with a B&B on the side, so if you like the atmosphere of a farm, off on the edge of the moors, you'll love it. Children are especially well catered for, as they have every imaginable farm animal in the fields near the house, plus dogs, rabbits, a ferret and certainly one or two I've missed.
