  Everything! We truly felt that we were invited guests. From the moment we arrived Barry did everything he could, and then some, to ensure we were welcome. The personal welcome note, to the fire in the library with cocktails allowed us to unwind from our travels. We were left with the feeling of wanting to linger, to savor the experience. To spend a weeken - Everything about my stay at Goldsborough Hall was what I had hoped for and beyond what I expected. The house is beautiful and set in lovely grounds which are well worth a walk around. The room was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. The staff and owners were friendly and curteous. Every moment I was there I felt welcome and also that my satisfaction was the priority. Goldsborough Hall provides the country manor stay that you think you can only dream of. I will definitely be returning.

  The new managers had just taken over and had many issues to deal with. They made us feel very welcome and accomodated our needs well. The hotel needs some TLC but is comfortable and the rooms were adequate for the price. Overall, a nice place to stay near to the city (15 Min) walk or bus directly outside, generous parking area. - it was very hand... hva folk sier » y for the city, the rooms were clean and comfortable. there was ample free parking . the rates were very good . this is a very basic facility, but I would stay again. there was some road noise but I suspect they are in a conservation area so double glazing is not possible

  The friendliness of the family run hotel and their helpfullness. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. The views over the bay were breathtaking. - I found the staff to be very polite and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent.

  Excellent value. Beautiful location providing great opportunity for walks. Good welcome. It was nice to be able to return and make a warm drink after our walk even though it was our check out day. Thanks - The room and other facilities like toilets and showers were very clean and the staff behaviour were really friendly.
