Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

I would thoroughly recommend staying at the Westbridge Hotel if your stay is centered around the Stratford area, or for us at the O2 Arena in Greenwich. There is a DLR station 2 minutes walk from the hotel, which makes London easily accessible! The hotel is really pretty and well decorated! you get what you pay for. I decided to treat myself to a corner suite. The view was incredible, direct to the stadium (which is where I was headed to see Roger Waters), the room was well arranged, the room was very quiet, as was the whole hotel, I loved the executive floor, nibbles and breakfast. Upon arrival, it was clear to see the hotel was clean and fairly luxurious (Especially for a 'Holiday Inn'!). The staff were friendly and helpful, with the room cleaned regularly, with free water and chocolate each day (at least I think they were free!). I would happily recommend the hotel to all types of travellers. Couples/group of friends etc.

The quirkiness; if you don't like quirky then don't stay here! The staff were young, helpful and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. We chose a room without a window which was fine for 1 night. Vakkert og rent rom. Vennlig og servicefokusert personale. - The hotel was near the airport. It was warm and comfortable. The option to have an early cooked breakfast was quite good. Bus from airport terminal was free. - This is an excellent hotel. I have stayed here several times and would always recommend it for its comfort and cleanliness

Tea/Coffee and good size rooms, power shower!! Comfy beds, handy to have a hairdryer.I would stay again but ask for a do not disturb sign for door!
