  It was probably the best family run hotel we have ever stayed at. We will be back and will recommend to all our friends. The owners were very friendly, the room was clean and of a good size, the food was to die for. Oh and it had a pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. Room was a superior - really surprised me contemporary yet old world sophistication. First visit had a gym excellent for me arriving after long trip. The accommodation was also very nice, and beautifully kept. The food was excellent as was the service in the restaurant. The only thing I would say is that you should be prepared to pay over £100 for a meal for 2 people, which some might consider a little pricey.
