Extremely warm welcome and they let me park my motorcycle indoors so it was totally secure. Very friendly. Also (free) wireless in my room. There's another greta pub over the road from this one with a georgeous barmaid! Both highly recommended. - Excellent breakfast. The owners are exceptionally helpful and friendly. It's very very
clean. It's close to everything at Waterhead and only a mile from
Ambleside, with good bus service to everywhere in the Lake District.
I'd return to the Lake District just to stay at the Quaysiders Club. -

The provided coffee, milk, biscuits, and hot chocolate were _sublime_. The free WiFi was a great perk. Wonderful ambiance for small get-togethers.

This was a perfect break. The staff are such a friendly team and really go out of their way to make guests feel welcomed. The views out over the fells make you feel relaxed in the first 5 minutes. A tramp in the sun, a swim, a spell in the hot tub outside and then a good meal - what else could you want for your holiday? -
