The skill of the staff was immediately apparent as we arrived and our suitcases were quickly delivered to our room without fuss whilst we checked in. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and courteous during our
stay. From the moment we entered the hotel they treated us like very
special guests on a very special occasion. On top of the excellent
accommodation (we had a seaside view superior room) the food was
also delicious, presented in a very elegant and sophisticated way.

Awesome historic building overlooking the sea but don't be put off. Room was very modern, heated bathroom floor and the best shower I've ever been in. Clearly renovated recently. Restaurants were good, great breakfast (overlooking the ocean) and dinner. Friendly enough staff. Little expensive but not overpriced. Would stay here again.

This is a quintessential 'little' Cornish Hotel, few have survived the ravages of recession and poor summers, but this is well run. It has a fabulous location close to Port Isaac, but away from the 'trippers' that you tend to get there. The staff are lovely and the management could not be more helpful. Walks from here are endless and varied, if you like the rugged Cornish coast this is a 'must'.

What can I say?
The location is perfect. Our room was Suite 6 which is simply the most wonderful room we have ever stayed in; from the views over the harbour to the roll top bath.
Angela & Olivier (& Louise) have clearly put so much of themselves into the place, the decor, the ambiance is just perfect.
Olivier cooks a mean breakfast just to top it all off & the coffee is delightful.
We will certainly return & if you are wondering whether to visit or not..... Go for it!!!

Beautiful building. We had a lovely room in the main building with a great view. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. Facilities for our 23 month old were excellent including childens tea which made being away with a little one very easy. We didn't use the crèche but would have done if we'd stayed longer. The Fowey Hall hotel was amazing! The staff is attentive, friendly and very helpful. The suite was clean and comfortable every day of our stay. Children are welcome and provided recreational activities indoors and outdoors. Breakfast was wonderful, my girls miss Cherish, the greatest waitress! Overall our stay was amazing in this beautiful former Hanson mansion. Still maintaining it's character and 19th century charm. We will definitely visit again.
