  I greatly appreciated the staff finding us a room with a spare bed in it (in case we had difficulties sleeping in the one double bed). I also greatly appreciated their agreeing to look after our luggage for the afternoon after we had checked out but before we wanted to leave Newhaven itself. - The hotel was fantastic it was immaculate , warm and... hva folk sier » very well equipped the staff were friendly and knowledgable . The family room had 2 single beds and a double the bath was huge and the whole hotel was very quiet despite being fully booked

  We liked in particular the location. It is located very close to the train station which then gives you easy access to Brighton and surrounding towns. The staff were fantastic right from the moment we arrived, they did everything they could to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. - Facilities were excellent, very impressed and would definitely... hva folk sier » stay here again and recommend to family & friends. The rooms were clean & comfy, the food was great and all the staff were really friendly & helpful with local knowledge etc.
