  The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the staff were very polite and helpful. There were 11 of us on a stag weekend and the staff told us all the best places to go and the best way around the city. The food was very nice and reasonably priced. - the meals were delicious...especially the buffet breakfast with hangover, and all rooms are love... hva folk sier » ly....especially the executive room...great facilities

  We were given a great welcome by a delightful Spanish employee and as we were keen to see the Tour of Britain cycle race stage finish in Gateshead he allocated us a room with a view - we were very grateful.The dining room staff at breakfast set a high standard of service.
