Not only I was provided with a clean, spacious and beautifully designed en-suite bedroom with great views but I had as well the valuable help of Ilio and Hamish in every possible aspect (from giving advice on how to spend leisure time to pointing me in the right direction whilst I was looking for a job ... hva folk sier » in the city). The owners are extremely friendly yet never intrusive or insistent. I am already planning to go back soon! - Perfect location, close to centre of town. Received a very warm welcome, lovely people running the bed and breakfast in a relaxed, efficient way, they couldn`t have been more helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and had all I needed, the house itself is a beautiful old Edinburgh town house. Fantastic breakfast and I look forward to staying again for my next great night out in the big Toun!

Each day we got a great offering at breakfast and our room made up. We were really made to feel at home the whole stay. - This is a family guesthouse, and that explains why you feel so much at home there. The floor cover, design and dining room all make you feel a special guest. Breakfasts icluded, wifi is free. And fast. Plus a relatively close distance from the center - that's the best investment for a young couple, friends or a solo traveller who want to enjoy Edinburgh in any time of year.

The breakfasts were great and they even made other guest's meals that weren't even on the menu!! They both work really hard and long hours and always have a smile on their faces. They made the start of our trip to Edinburgh.
