  owners very cheerfull and helpfull , hotel spotlessly clean which was a bonus ! stayed in many hotels in blackpool n this was the cleanest ! breakfast was excellant . i was in a double room which was quite small i must say but it done the job fine ! my son and daughter n law were in the family room with the 2 kids it was really spacious ... hva folk sier » they were really pleased with it . parking not a problem either right outside the door !! would definitly return - The Kings Court was the best B&B experience we have ever had at Blackpool, or anywhere else. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and made the whole visit a pleasure. The room was well equipped, immaculate and clean, and the en suite modern, a great night's sleep with respectful residents, and a fantastic breakfast. All in all it is unbeatable value and would recommend to anyone, and we will be going there again
