Great location and convenient for pubs cafes, shops and sight seeing.
Our room situated at the back was quiet and we had a good night's
sleep. Very helpful and cheerful receptionists. The fire-alarm went off
on one occasion, firemen turned up and declared it as a false alarm, at
least we felt safe. We will book again in the near future. -

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean, and I was able to make use of all the facilites easily. - Staff were most helpful. They left clean towels etc outside my room when they could not get in. Left luggage available and later check out time of 12md. I arrived early and was given a complimentary coffe

The location is superb! I was impressed with the variety of the breakfast selections. The hotel offered a 20% discount on the parking garage, which was only 1 block away from the hotel. - The staff went above and beyond. When they found out our 8 year old daughter was with us, they added a double bed for not extra charge.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!!! We came with a 4 month old, and they could not have been more accommodating! It was raining and they even lent us umbrellas for the day. The room was wonderful, clean and the staff were beyond nice. I would recommend this place to stay for anyone visiting Edinburgh. Plus it's right in the middle of everyth

We didhave one problem that when we first got our room it wasnt clean butthis was quickly rectified and we got a new room and a welcome pack.Only other problem was tv reception but I did not spend much timewatching tv anyway.

I loved the fact that everything was brand new, very clean and it also
had a kitchenette (toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc). It is located in
a nice area (new residential developments, offices) and just across the
road is University of Edinburgh. It is 20 minutes away from the main
tourist attractions (the Castle, Whiskey Museum, Princess Street). There
is a parking near by (literally the building close to the hotel). The

We stayed at Simpson loan 24/7! Fantastic apartment! We loved it so much, that we booked with VIP apartments for our next stay again! Marc is the best, he really takes care of the guests. We only booked an apartment as we couldn't find a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with Fountain courts & the equipment , washing machine & dishwasher plus the usual.We found the apartment much more relaxing & we had more freedom about breakfast & dining in. Would definately stay here again.Staff were friendly & helpfull. Easy walk to the castle & city centre.
