Great location and convenient for pubs cafes, shops and sight seeing.
Our room situated at the back was quiet and we had a good night's
sleep. Very helpful and cheerful receptionists. The fire-alarm went off
on one occasion, firemen turned up and declared it as a false alarm, at
least we felt safe. We will book again in the near future. -

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean, and I was able to make use of all the facilites easily. - Staff were most helpful. They left clean towels etc outside my room when they could not get in. Left luggage available and later check out time of 12md. I arrived early and was given a complimentary coffe

I loved the fact that everything was brand new, very clean and it also
had a kitchenette (toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc). It is located in
a nice area (new residential developments, offices) and just across the
road is University of Edinburgh. It is 20 minutes away from the main
tourist attractions (the Castle, Whiskey Museum, Princess Street). There
is a parking near by (literally the building close to the hotel). The

We stayed at Simpson loan 24/7! Fantastic apartment! We loved it so much, that we booked with VIP apartments for our next stay again! Marc is the best, he really takes care of the guests. The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment.
There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected.
