  The hotel location was great, only a few mins walk from the tube, the room was great, clean and spacious and the value for money was great! Would definalety stay here again! - I only stayed overnight but the room facilities were excellent.

  This hotel is so much better than the typical characterless hotels around these days. It is colourful, vibrant, interesting and run by people who are actually human, and love what they do. The staff were truly excellent and run the place with a real passion, which makes your stay worth every penny. This hotel feels good and relaxed, it has style... hva folk sier » and energy. I would definitely stay there again. - The hotel was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and fresh. The coffee bar in the lounge was a great idea. It provided a fantastic selection of fresh ground coffees and teas and provided the hotel with an area where guest could mingle. It produced a very friendly atmosphere, unlike any other hotel I have stayed in before. A fantastic place.

  Hotel has a nice location right on Clapham Common. Whilst not right in the centre of London it is only 4/5 subway stops from Victoria and much better value than most of the hotels that are in the centre. The pub was very full and busy when we returned in the evening but our room was lovely and quiet even though it was on the same floor.Excelle - This is a wonderful haven from the busy city. It's in an excellent accessible location, about 10 mins walk from either Clapham Common or Clapham South. The beautiful Victorian building is well looked after and has a quirky yet clean feel to it. A cosy and warm atmosphere with open fires in the winter. Helpful and welcoming staff, very professional. Glass-roofed conservatory breakfast area, and excellent food. Bed was very comfy, got a good night's sleep. Very quiet! Free WiFi.
