Breakfast was usually served at 9 am but on the sunday they had our breakfast ready at 6.30 am as we had a competition to get to, many thanks as you and your hospitality made our trip to blackpool a great success .

Lovely warm welcome from Danny, peaceful and relaxing feel of the hotel, smelt nice, immaculate and clean with lovely decor, pretty room with nice en-suite (fluffy towels!) comfy bed and clean crisp bed linen. The owners were extremely welcoming and are happy to help you find your
way around if you haven't visited Blackpool before.
The hotel is situated very close to the railway station and town centre making it ideal for rail users.
Decor is of a high standard and to a modern taste. There's none of your usual stereotypical Blackpool chintz here thank goodness.

what more could you ask for!!!, Cheap prices, lovely rooms, bathrooms etc, nice friendly bloke (kevin) running things. Only stayed one night but really enjoyed our family stay here, due to having young children and Blackpool's reputation of being the stag/hen capital of the uk we went back early and sat in the bar with kevin having a good old chat

The food offered was excellent.
The owner was a very pleasant man, who made us most welcome. The room was very comfortable and warm.
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate,
and biscuits supplied in the room. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
