  Everything, it was just what I wanted. Please do not tell anyone about this hotel, it is a gem. Those reviews concerning no gym facilities know that when they book .. so why complain ?   My husband and I absolutely fell in love with the Bunchrew House. We stayed in the Lovat Room complete with a beautiful king-size four-poster bed a forest view. The House is castle-like and right on a lake--a perfect honeymoon spot. The hospitality went over and beyond--when they didn't have a drink I wanted on the menu, they went out of their way... hva folk sier » to make it for me (and it was the best I'd ever had!). And the complete Scottish Breakfast was made to order and so tasty. We wish we would have sta - My Fiance and I stayed here for one night. It was absolutly beautiful! The staff were fantastic, the rooms were lovely and we were given a room upgrade on arival. The on site resturaunt it amazing with fantastic fresh produce and it is lovely eating there whilst looking out onto the loch.

  My husband and i were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived, this continued throughout our week long stay, Avalon is a wonderful place to stay, it is quite central so getting out and about is very easy, and the staff have great knowledge of the area enabling you to make the most out of your holiday. We plan to go back there very soon. ... hva folk sier » Thank you very much for taking care of us - The owners were so friendly and helped with information on local restaurants and entertainment.There was a very large selection for breakfast with a great choice for cooked breakfast and fresh coffee. With a side entrance you felt you could come and go without disturbing the owners or other guests ( and no curfew times). The guest house deserves all the plaudids and awards.
