The manager loaned me a mobile phone for a few days because the phone in our room was not working which was a nice compensation for not having a phone working in the room.   the location was just what we were looking for, as I have a walking disability, it wasn't far to get into the market/town centre. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, we even had a visit from the housekeeper to find out if everything was ok with our room. Reasonably priced restaurant with good food. Stayed in four Premier Inns on this trip across UK and the value, cleanlinesss and comfort were really consistent.
