The manager loaned me a mobile phone for a few days because the phone in our room was not working which was a nice compensation for not having a phone working in the room.   the location was just what we were looking for, as I have a walking disability, it wasn't far to get into the market/town centre. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, we even had a visit from the housekeeper to find out if everything was ok with our room.
