Very friendly staff-very clean comfortable and quiet. A pleasant surprise. Would certainly stay there again. Very good deal through letsbookhotel. - Location to Terminal 4, quietness of hotel (windows were soundproof), decor, comfortable bed and sheets.

The best hotel i have stayed in for years! excellent value for money, we had a nice lcd tv a massive bed, fully stocked kitchen, a dvd player, freeview, a selection of magazines, a great get started folder with details of how to use the microwave etc, also included were menus from all the local food places. i love this place and recomend it as the
... hva folk sier » best on Bath road, even most of the 5* places - It was very affordable, definitely the best value that we found, especially since we needed a reservation for 3 people and Heathrow hotels are notorious for charging extra for more than 2 people in a room. We needed a room for the night in the middle of a 2 day travel schedule to get home. Very easy to access the airport, as the front desk personnel arranged a taxi to the airport for us.

Beautiful room, very comfortable. Very convenient for Heathrow airport (I got from West Drayton railway station to the guest house and from the guest house to the airport by local bus - as easy as using a taxi). I was able to work in my room the morning after my stay before going to the airport at lunchtime, very quiet and peaceful and got lots

Lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, 10 mins drive to Heathrow Terminal 5, TV worked, shower was good and easy to operate. Loved Archie (the Westie) the Hall is tucked away in the village of Harmondsworth. An ancient building (17th century) full of character. They didn't rush me at breakfast and overall it was more like staying in an old friends country home than in a hotel - would recommend.

This hotel was more than I expected after visiting many hotels in many countries, I was amazed how the staff were handling the gust with respect and with good manner. ... hva folk sier » nothing to complain about. My initial image of the hotel painted in a drab gray and near the airport approach, left me with doubts about our choice. Once inside, all changed. The buffet dinner was just outstanding with chicken, salmon and ham cooked to perfection. The selection of vegetables and salads plus beverages was another bonus. I would stay again. Outstanding in all respects. - We arrived at 10:30am for a 2 night stay and were able to check in immediately, leaving our car in the Jurys Inn car park before travelling into London. Our Grandson loved the room view, directly across the road from the Concorde. At additional cost the bufet breakfast £9 and the evening meals at £11.50 for 2 courses were value for money. 3 mins from Hatton Cross, 40 mins to Piccadily Circus

It was excellent. I loved the newly renovated room. Everything worked sowell. I loved the bath tub and shower facilities, and the wonderful bedwith the duvet cover. This hotel was absolutely lovely. We opened the door to our room and were really impressed. Excellent value for money. For what you pay you get a good basic room with Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I stayed in the budget room with shared bathroom, but never had to wait to use the bathroom at all. The bed was adequately comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent, really good Full English.
There are no evening meals served in the hotel itself but there are plenty of local restaurants and takeaways.
Staff are polite and very helpful.
I've since been back twice.
