  very close to Heathrow, nice rooms, great food, easy with free shuttle to LHR - Friendly staff despite of the large size of hotel, location, access to airport, clean and modern room, facility it offered (restaurant etc) though I did not have time to use it, and the price.   This hotel was absolutely lovely. We opened the door to our room and were really impressed. Lovely decor, very spacious, iron, ironing board, lots of sachets - not stingy - hair dryer, bathroom was luxury - kidney shaped bath, power shower, bidet hand basin and toilet - very spacious and with complimentary toiletries. Everywhere was spotless and... hva folk sier » we were able to park and shown where to put the car by the very welcoming receptionist, Breakfast choices were really good as well - brand cereals - - Excellent value for money. For what you pay you get a good basic room with Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I stayed in the budget room with shared bathroom, but never had to wait to use the bathroom at all. The bed was adequately comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, really good Full English. There are no evening meals served in the hotel itself but there are plenty of local restaurants and takeaways. Staff are polite and very helpful. I've since been back twice.
