  After a long journey (9 hours) to reach the hotel we got a very warm welcome. The staff were extremely helpful and willing to share their local knowledge - Conrad even offered us a lift into town which we really appreciated. The room, although awaiting refurbishment, was extremely comfortable in particular the beds - I slept like a log. Breakfast each day was excellent with beautiful views down the garden to the cove - We would love to say thank you to Dave, who made our stay enjoyable. Also big thank you for a Birthday song! Jacob was amazed. Reception Ladies were very friendly, helpful and lovely. Restaurant food was an excellent! I would love to say a BIG THANK YOU to a ‘blond’ waitress. You are amazing! Garden is the best part of the Hotel. It feels like a rain forest. We love you and surly we will be back!

The food was well...... simply excellent, and while i was sitting in the lounge enjoying my point looking through a huge glass window at the sea, the view was stunning.....A perfect relaxing evening to an otherwise busy day....3*** ... yes.... 3*** service at ... hva folk sier » 2** prices.. well pleased..... Thank you.! - we have been there twice before. the owners are friendly and we were remembered which was nice.breakfast was excellent,choices were given. the bedrooms are very comfortable. the hotel is right by Gyllingvase Beach with an excellent view of the sea.would go again.

  We stayed for a two nights, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff we very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and a good size, the same applies to the bathroom. the facilities were excellent and a very good beakfast that set us up for the day. The hotel is situated within a short walk to both the town centre and beaches..   The reason the value for money is poor is because I'm a north easterner. For Falmouth it was fantastic value. Very comfortable bed in my opinion n staff were really friendly and with good humour. Breakfast was served quickly and was nice. Very close to town with cheap taxis. And close to a+e which can be handy if there for a wedding(not me, a diff... hva folk sier » erent guest who missed the times and ended up Truro) overall I'd definatly stay again - Nice friendly atmosphere. Good food from the restaurant and excellent breakfast. Room was clean and well maintained and the hotel was very handy for walking into Falmouth.
