After a long journey (9 hours) to reach the hotel we got a very warm welcome. The staff were extremely helpful and willing to share their local knowledge - Conrad even offered us a lift into town which we really appreciated. The room, although awaiting refurbishment, was extremely comfortable in particular the beds - I slept like a log. The bathro

camera pulita, personale cortese e disponibile, cibo ottimo. - 2** rating... not really.. like all the other reviews it was more like an easy 3***. The food was well...... simply excellent, and while i was sitting in the lounge enjoying my point looking through a huge glass window at the sea, the view was stunning.....A perfect relaxing evening

the staff were marvellous, nothing too much trouble for them. The food was simply wonderful. The room was large and well furnished with separate toilet and bathroom and a lovely view. All in all we would certainly go again. -

Stanza pulita, buona e ampia, anche se semplice e non modernissima nello stile. Ristorante interno eccezionale e con prezzi equi. Parti comuni molto belle. Ambiente elegante e molto confortevole. The hotel is situated within a short walk to both the town centre and beaches.. Loved our stay and would definately go back. - having travelled a lot worldwide this hotel is very a little jem!, lovely pool, fab food 10 points for the chef lobster was very good and the steak was cooked to perfection,friendly and helpfull staff,its not often that you can find a hotel offering such a high standard of service for a reasonable price,it puts shame on more expensive hotels.

The reason the value for money is poor is because I'm a north easterner. For Falmouth it was fantastic value. Very comfortable bed in my opinion n staff were really friendly and with good humour. Breakfast was served quickly and was nice. Very close to town with cheap taxis. And close to a+e which can be handy if there for a wedding(not me, a diff

Nice friendly atmosphere. Good food from the restaurant and excellent breakfast. Room was clean and well maintained and the hotel was very handy for walking into Falmouth.
