  This was a lovely little quaint b&b with 2 bedrooms and a sitting room for guests to use. The host was lovely and very knowledgeable regrading the local area and very helpful. Would recommend anyone to stay here. We only stayed for one night while at a wedding but it was lovely and had a great nights sleep - We had an excellent stay at this B... hva folk sier » &B. You have a living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom + delicious breakfasts for a very reasonable price. Also well situated quiet village in the Scottish borders, not too far from Edinburgh. Lady Penelope was a very friendly host !
