  This was my third stay at the Varsity and I can't wait to go back. The location is perfect, it's right beside the river, very close to the main shopping area and the beautiful buildings of the University. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The bathrooms are amazing, some with walk-in showers a - Great location in the heart of Cambridge. Comfortable rooms with individual character that you don't find in chain hotels. Above all, I was impressed by the staff - attentive to the needs of customers and I experienced three clear examples of staff members going the extra mile to help the customer get what he required .

  A very pleasant hotel - full of charm and with a very welcoming staff. Nice clean and comfy rooms. Fine facilities with good opportunities for walks, and with a very nice fitness center with swimming pool and sauna. Staff brilliant-i lost an earring and rang themnext day-they had found it and posted it on to me thanks richard forgoing the extra mile!!
