  A modern hotel with free wi-fi and free facility of an ironing room which proved useful. We stayed in a standard room with good wet room at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy road but we heard no traffic noise. The air conditioning very efficient. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent value for money with extended breakfast times at week... hva folk sier » ends. We arrived in Brighton by train for a shopping weekend and visit to the Pavilion. The hotel is situated within a two minute walk of the station. - Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic right by the station and a short walk to the north laines. Room was clean and spacious, fairly functional but that's not a bad thing. The lobby and communal areas and well decorated and welcoming. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor and slept soundly even with the window open- anyone who has visited Brighton before will appreciate how rare this is!!

  Really friendly staff, nice touches in the room such as a bowl of mints/sweets and complimentary crisps. Fantastic view, great location overlooking regency square and seafront. Gorgeous bathroom with double whirlpool bath and Molton Brown toiletries. Delicious breakfast too. Will definitely stay again. - Can't fault a single thing had an absolutely fantastic stay far tooshort could have stayed there for longer than our 2 night stay, the roomwas decorated in old world charm complete with 4 poster bed and jacuzzi,staff and service was really excellent, would stay there again anytime.

  The hotel was fantastic! If you are just looking to stay and not go out,you have everything you need. There are two bars, one with a restaurantarea and another sports bar with plasma screens.
