It was different and really boutique like and I loved all the art and the cleanlines of the hotel. I also loved the accessibility of the hotel ie close to Brighton centre and the great sea view. Staff were excellent & helpful.young lady on the Tuesday evening with v short blonde hair asset to the hotel along with the breakfast lady who was there everyday (middle age long hair) was so lovely. Rooms were spotless, we stayed in 519 with 2a/1c and had lots of room. Ate dinner n hotel twice ad canno fault the food- v varied menu. Woud stay

We liked the size of the family rooms. We split the 5 members of the family girls in one room and boys in the other. Breakfast on both mornings was amazing, we never qued or had to ask for something to be replaced. The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.

in 'Lewes', a small room, very nicely designed (with an emphasis
on glass blocks) and furnished. It was next to the lift (elevator) but

Boutique feel with themed rooms. It would be nice to have an option of which themed room you get and to see the options online - probably possible if you call them up though.
Jacuzzi in the Sea-view rooms works a treat!

Everything! The staff made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble and I can say that no other hotel I have ever stayed at, even at a higher star rating has had a better standard in everything. - Staff were very friendly and room was very large and comfortable and with a sea view as an added bonus

money at £5 / my bed was comfortable and the television was near the

Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street.
Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares.
Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc.
Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton

Lovely friendly staff so helpful best staff I've met at a hotel in a long time!
Fab location close to everything the pier, restaurants and nightlife!

I liked that is was fairly close to Brighton town centre. It was cheap, cosy, clean and the service was very good.
The staff were helpful and friendly. It was very convenient having the restaurant in the same building and if we wanted a drink we did not have to worry about driving anywhere.

Good value, comfortable room. Noon check out time. Good value Harvester restaurant on site. The weather was freezing but we had good heaters we could control ourselves. Nice hot shower. Free car parking and good access to public transport.
