Lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an inland double and the room was clean and bright, and warm on such a cold weekend. Very comfortable bed. The hotel is convenient for the town and the beach, being opposite the old pier. The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was brilliant and kept us going for most of the day until tea time.

Lovely friendly staff so helpful best staff I've met at a hotel in a long time!
Fab location close to everything the pier, restaurants and nightlife!
Penthouse has a great lounge area to sit and socialise with friends, we travelled as two couples and a friend (we are all straight not that it matters to us what so ever)

I thought it would be awful based on the reviews here but was so
pleasently suprised. The staff were great. The rooms are budget
accomadation with far better facilities than a hostel. You get your own
toilet and shower, tv, towels, full length mirror and tea facilities.
For the price they charge you are really getting a bargain. I would stay

Made to feel welcome and provided facilities to store our bikes.
We got what we paid for which was a room with a television, tea/coffee facilities, comfortable beds and a en-suite bathroom with a decent shower.
The hotel was near the seafront so not far to walk to find somewhere to eat and drink.

The hotel made you feel at home, had a very enjoyable stay. Even thou we were only there for two nights we felt that we had had a very relaxing time and felt very refreshed. - The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were of a very good size. We loved the feeling of grandeur and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

It is located in West Hove, which suited me for my purposes, but may not suit everyone. The room was clean, the staff welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again -
