  every member of staff delivered first class customer service and could not have been more helpful. The entertainment at night was super the guy who had been on britains got talent was hilarious and we will most certainly be returning to the norbreck castle again.The food was also fantastic. - I have stayed at this hotel for the past two years and h... hva folk sier » ave found allstaff to be very well trained in customer care and service.i have sentan email direct to the hotels managing director informing him of mystay,and I will be using this hotel again..............its the best yet.

  We had a lovely stay, informed the reception that a couple of lightbulbs had blown in the room on our way out on the first morning, by the time we returned at lunchtime they had been replaced already! - The hotel in general was excellent in every aspect and the staff were polite and attentive to every need.
