We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived till we left. They all went out of there way to be helpful. The hotel was clean, the food was lovely homecooked northern grub.. great!!. It was great to have the choice to have your room serviced daily or not, this enabling you to have a lie in.

This hotel ain't the Ritz, also they don't charge silly prices like other places in Blackpool... we both didn't find any problems while we stayed for 2 nights in a double room with en suite toilet/shower at a bargain £28 per night (no breakfast included) so for £56 we found it a bargain hotel very close walk to town, the staff couldn't be any friendly and helpful from arrival to leaving, the room had clean bedding and coffee/tea facility's in the room with tv freeveiw. they also provide free Wi

First impressions whete great nice clean lobby and staff where very helpful letting us store our luggage and carrying it up the stairs for us. Room was excellent. Very clean and beds where super comfy. Towels and tea an coffee where provided along with shower gel and handwas. Only bad thing was the bathroom had a really funny smell sometimes like the drains where blocked. Room was spaceous for 3 girls. Definatly stay again

The Food was Fantastic, Dave the owner and his Daughter were the two nicest people i have ever met they could not do enough for you.
Nothing was too much trouble for them.It was an absolute joy staying thier and i will be going again. I also recomend this hotel to anyone thinking of going to Blackpool. Stay at the Blue Bell you will have a great time.
