Rooms clean and well looked after. Nice staff. Beds comfy. Bar always open during normal hours. Location; quiet, 50m from beach and opposite tram station. Tea//coffee facilities in bedroom. Lift. Our lads loved their room. Free wifi. Games room (but pool £1 & take your own darts) Allowed take away food back in hotel room. (except fish & chips as leaves strong odour) Value for money.

We stayed in room 9 which was a little outhouse it was lovely and cosy. Modernised. And very quiet! We had a perfect nights sleep and only woke up to our alarm waking us for breakfast which we had a choice of time, 10am so we also got a nice lie in. Staff were very friendly welcoming and chatty. Would definitely stay again -

absolutely greatest place to stay in Blackpool for the this similar price, I compared it with many other hotels and decided to choose this one, and it didn't let me down, staff were friendly and very considerate, rooms were warm and comfortable, I missed my breakfast coz I really did not want to get up lol. Everything! Lovely warm welcome from Danny, peaceful and relaxing feel of the hotel, smelt nice, immaculate and clean with lovely decor, pretty room with nice en-suite (fluffy towels!) comfy bed and clean crisp bed linen. Good room facilities, tea/coffee, ironing equipment and hairdryer, tv and iPod docking station. Very quiet so good sleep had! N

way around if you haven't visited Blackpool before.
The hotel is situated very close to the railway station and town centre making it ideal for rail users.
Decor is of a high standard and to a modern taste. There's none of your usual stereotypical Blackpool chintz here thank goodness.

I enjoyed staying in the hotel they were super friendly with the children the food was fantastic the room was very clean and efficient and the staff were very welcoming we as a family would definitely stay there again in fact we are going back in the summerfor longer this time. The hotel vienna is currently going through a £100,000 reburbishment but you would never have known it as the hotel is well run and clean, the staff are very friendly and always had a smile on their faces, there was entertainment on in the evenings but unfortunately we had prebooked tickets to see other shows but heard it was a great night. The breakfast we received each morning was freshly cooked by the owner and lovely (a great way to get you started for your day out in blackpool). Definately
