All members of the staff all genuinely appeared to be happy in their roles. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

Myself and my partnrreally enjoyd our stay. We cae out of season and most places where closed but we werent too bothered because we only came for a night away. The hotel was very clean and the staff where very friendly and helpfull. Highly recomend

Lovely clean room with little extra's like water in room fridge when we arrived because the weather was very hot, tissues and air freshness in bathroom.
Very friendly hosts and lovely breakfast with a good choice and a good car park near by which was extremely inexpensive. Everything in blackpool was with in walking distance, good night life and shopping places, lots to do, would defiantly stay again.

Lovely location in residential area just one street back from promenade and less than 5 minute walk to Pleasure Beach. Owners friendly and very efficient. On arrival, me and my 2 small children were greeted by very friendly and welcoming hosts. We were shown to a beautiful room and immediately decided to stay for an extra night (we were booked in for 2 nights, but made it 3). We slept comfortably and quietly. Craigmore is a very clean and well decorated hotel, with charming owners. They made us feel at home as soon as we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent and very well presented. Great location just off the promenade, with easy access to the trams and buses . Will definitely stay there again.
