All members of the staff all genuinely appeared to be happy in their roles. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

Lovely location in residential area just one street back from promenade and less than 5 minute walk to Pleasure Beach. Owners friendly and very efficient. First impressions whete great nice clean lobby and staff where very helpful letting us store our luggage and carrying it up the stairs for us. Room was excellent. Very clean and beds where super comfy. Towels and tea an coffee where provided along with shower gel and handwas. Only bad thing was the bathroom had a really funny smell sometimes like the drains where blocked. Room was spaceous for 3 girls. Definatly stay again

Whole hotel was great, clean and tidy my room had a new bathroom fitted and i was very impressed. Beds were very conformable and room was furnished well. The breakfasts were amazing and the owners made me and my young daughter feel very much at home. I will definitely been returning.

Gentleman that owns hotel was the nicest and most helpful person you
could ever hope to meet, my 87 year old mother had a disabled buggy and
he charged it up every night,he never took a penny from us for the kids
if they wanted a juice from the bar. He was genuine. Also has a nice
indoor pool which kids loved. -
