  every member of staff delivered first class customer service and could not have been more helpful.   We had a lovely stay, informed the reception that a couple of lightbulbs had blown in the room on our way out on the first morning, by the time we returned at lunchtime they had been replaced already! - The hotel in general was excellent in every aspect and the staff were polite and attentive to every need.   Lovely hotel it's that lovely we have booked for 14th February for a long weekend. There is plenty of rooms for where you can sit and enjoy a chat or where the entertainment is, or where the two bars are. There is entertainment on each night. The food is good and the bars are well stocked up A very excellent hotel their tick all the boxes - Our sea view room was large clean and warm, with a comfy bed with 4 pillows, tea/coffee facility, freeview tv, and plenty of storage space plus a bathroom with walkin shower with plenty of hot water. This large clean hotel has plenty of lounge seating some overlooking the seafront, and a cabaret room with nightly entertainment. The food is excellent and service is quick and efficient. All staff were pleasant helpful and attentive.

  Gentleman that owns hotel was the nicest and most helpful person you could ever hope to meet, my 87 year old mother had a disabled buggy and he charged it up every night,he never took a penny from us for the kids if they wanted a juice from the bar. He was genuine. Also has a nice indoor pool which kids loved. - the owner seb could not do enough ... hva folk sier » for us even though he looked shattered and had hurt his back! He even let us have the room for the day free because we were not leaving until 8.00pm. The swimming pool was brilliant,lovely and warm.
