The owner is very friendly, we were going to be late for a wedding at a venue nearby so the owner gave us a lift. You don't get that personal touch from a hotel. Breakfast was very nice and the b&b has the best views across the Tay! Free parking and bus stop into town right outside. Was very easy to find. Very nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

the front door with no fuss at all. She also remembered that our purpose
for staying there was to visit Glamis Castle and on arrival she
immediately handed us a map and relevant info with our name on it. This
little gesture was most appreciated because it showed she valued
personalizing 'Premier Inn's' service.

Staff very helpful allowed us to check-in earlier than stated. We could leave our luggage safe for a few hours after we checked-out. Room had a lovely view and was very comfortable.
