  The hotel is located oposite Alpin Express so you can ski almost back to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and the owner Ivano was keen to accomodate our extra requests. The hotel is very clean and tidy.   From the moment we were met at the station by the complimentary taxi until we were waved farewell with a welcome bottle of local water for our journey home we were looked after superbly.   A courtesy car was waiting for us at the train station. The staff greeted us with a glass of wine of our choice as we arrived. Our room was amazing with a great balcony.   I loved the design of the room. It was extremely comfortable and far better than any other hotel during my time in Switzerland. It could not be more central within Zermatt.
