  The staff, esecially Bea (front desk), Zora (front desk), Dragana(lounge) & Willy (Piano player). These individuals were exceptional, with superb people skills. My room was on the top floor and I had an excellent view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is in close proximity to the downtown area and places of interest. The train station is close but nevert - We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed this aspect. We made full use of the kitchen facility since we were a couple with 6 (hungry!)college age kids. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen. As the first room we checked into did not have a view of the Matterhorn, with Raymond and Gerald's assistance, our room was changed for the second evening of our stay, which had an incredible view of the Matterhorn!   Bra beliggenhet. - I've been to quite a few hotels around the world and found Hotel Schweizerhof to be exceptional above the rest. I have never ever been treated so friendly at a hotel and felt like they actually meant it. The food was also excellent. So Excellent service, delicious food, and very friendly cosy atmosphere.
