Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. - clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed).
