We spent to nights at the hotel while in Lucern and had a brillianttime. Staff was very caring, room (the cheapest one) was on the 5thfloor with nice view over the city. A few meters from the train station and in front of one of the main sights of the city. The hotel reception is inside a pub, which we find very interesting and funny, was just down the elevator we were ready to have some fun. The receptionist / bartender was Portuguese, which made us very comfortable asking for information about the city in our language. The room was small but comfortable and clean.
